Who we are

Asuta Search is an executive search practice based in the United Kingdom and is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at grant@asutasearch.com.

What we collect and why

If you contact us through the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, and any company, role, or message details you choose to share. We use these only to respond to your enquiry and to carry out search work you ask us to do.

For candidates, we may hold career history, contact details, and notes from our conversations so we can consider you for relevant leadership roles. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Legal basis

We rely on legitimate interests (introducing senior leaders to hiring businesses), performance of a contract where we are engaged on a search, and consent where you have asked to be kept in mind for future roles. You can withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and candidate records are kept for as long as needed for the relationship, and reviewed periodically. Records no longer relevant are deleted.

Sharing and storage

Candidate information is shared with a client only where relevant to a live search. Our website and enquiry records are hosted with service providers acting on our instructions under appropriate data protection terms.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you can object to processing. Email grant@asutasearch.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
